Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our (www.buynaural.com) online store.
SIa Aledo Consulting comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the Latvian Cabinet Regulations No. 255 “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts”.

 


 

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days – Consumers Only)

Only consumers (natural persons acting outside their trade or profession) are entitled to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Legal entities (companies, organizations, self-employed acting for business purposes) are not entitled to the 14-day withdrawal right.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

2. Condition of Goods & Packaging Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to check its characteristics and functioning (as allowed in a physical store).

  • The original packaging must be intact, undamaged, and complete, including all accessories, manuals, cables, protective films, labels, and seals.

  • Damaged, torn, stained, or missing packaging may result in a deduction from the refund or refusal of return if the value is significantly reduced.

 


 

3. Goods That Cannot Be Returned

According to EU and Latvian law, the following goods cannot be returned:

3.1. Sealed hygiene-sensitive products that were opened

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • In-ear headphones, earphones, earbuds

  • Bluetooth earbuds

  • Any audio device that is inserted in the ear

  • Products with hygiene seals, protective films, or factory seals that were broken or removed

Once the hygiene seal is opened, such goods cannot be returned for reasons of health and hygiene.


3.2. Digitally delivered products

Digital content supplied electronically once downloading/streaming has started.

3.3. Customized or personalized products

3.4. Products damaged due to misuse

Products that were damaged due to improper handling or usage beyond normal inspection.


 

4. Refunds

We will issue a refund only after we have physically received the returned goods and assessed their condition.

Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date we receive the goods and complete the inspection.

We will refund:

  • The full price of the goods

  • The cost of standard delivery

We will not refund:

  • Additional paid delivery options (express, same-day, courier upgrades)

  • Any reduction in value caused by:

    • excessive use,

    • damaged or missing packaging,

    • missing accessories or components.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.


 

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

If the goods cannot be returned by standard mail due to their nature, we will inform you of the estimated return cost.


 

6. How to Return Goods

After submitting a withdrawal request, you must return the product within 14 days.

Send returns to: Krievupes 24, LV-1079, Riga, Latvia

Include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Contact details

  • Reason for return

 


 


7. Defective or Warranty Cases

If a product is defective, malfunctions, or fails during the legal warranty period, you are entitled to:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund if repair/replacement is impossible or disproportionate

Warranty claims are handled separately from the 14-day withdrawal right.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Latvian and EU law.
